Deerfield Fire Department
Deerfield Fire Department uses word of mouth recruitment by encouraging our members to bring in friends and relatives for membership. The incentives for joining are the satisfaction of serving and the experience gained for possible full time employment on paid departments.
Our Department also promotes youth mentoring by providing a "cadet" or "junior" fire program for persons 16 to 18 years of age.
